To make a purchase from coastshop.com, you must acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement, and any rules and policies that may be published from time to time by coastshop.com. These terms and conditions may be changed, amended or varied at any time by costshop.com in its absolute discretion without giving a reason and without notice.

General Information

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 48 hours of ordering. The term 'gift basket' is defined as a collection of food and non-food items packaged in a container such as a basket or decorative box. All items are subject to stock availability. If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute an item, coastshop.com guarantees that such substitution will be of equal or greater value.

However all gift option contents are itemised fully and are fairly described in the website.

Gift Cards

coastshop provides a complimentary gift card to include your personal message with each gift. Please note that coastshop accepts no responsibility for misspelt information, names or addresses on the gift card. It is up to the customer to advise of any unusual or varied spelling.

Deliveries

While we make every effort to ensure prompt and timely delivery, no responsibility can be accepted for late deliveries due to circumstances outside our control. Please note that once an item has left our premises, we no longer have control over it. However, we guarantee to do our utmost to track the gift and report the anticipated delivery time and date back to the customer. We accept no responsibility for the freight component of the transaction and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Charges

All orders are subject to a delivery charge dependent on the delivery address. We ship Australia-wide by road freight; same day, overnight, etc depending on the destination. All freight charges are based on weight and destination of your order. All charges are inclusive of GST. A re-delivery charge will apply if the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery or if there has been an incorrect delivery address given.

Orders placed by 1 pm will normally be delivered the next day for the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas only.

Allow 2-4 days - Sydney Metro area, Melbourne Metro area Wollongong Interstate.

The delivery times listed do not take into account any weekends and/or public holidays that may occur during the delivery process.

Dispute policy

Any alleged discrepancy in relation to anything purchased from coastshop.com must be notified to Customer Service within 24 hours of being delivered. coastshop.com will investigate such discrepancies but reserves the right to be the final arbiter in the event of any dispute.
